What is included with a picnic?
Table, linens, utensils, glasses, beverage, charcuterie board, sweet treat, cushions, umbrella. To upgrade there is an additional fee, please see add-on list.
How much does it cost to book a picnic?
The Intimate Picnic Delivery starting price is $225 for two people, the Intimate Picnic starting price is $325 for two people, and the Intimate Event starting price is $625 for two people. For events of ten (10) or more guest, please contact Sacred Moments. Upgrades are available for an additional charge.
What about weather issues?
Yes, we know South Florida weather can be unpredictable! Once you’ve booked your picnic and we’ve received your payment, we will send you a contract that states if you wish to reschedule due to weather, we require a 24 hour notice (for weather issues only). We then will work with you to reschedule your event within a 90 day window. If you would like to move the location indoors, a 24 hour notice is also required. Sacred Moments reserves the right to make cancellations on the day of the event with a 24 hour notice (for weather issues only). Distance fee may be incurred. Please note, all payments are non-refundable.
How long are your picnics?
Three (3) hours, additional hours are $50 per hour.
What is the cancellation policy?
All payments are non-refundable. But, if you need to reschedule your date (not weather related) we require 72 hours notice.
How do I add additional guests to my picnic packages?
For additional guests there is a cost of $30 per person with a maximum of 10 guests. Please contact Sacred Moments to make the necessary changes.
Am I allowed to bring my own food & drinks?
Yes, for outside food there is an additional charge for clean up of $5 per person.
Where does my picnic take place?
You choose your location and Sacred Moments will be there.
Can we leave prior to our scheduled end time?
Yes, but please contact Sacred Moments prior to leaving to secure the site.
Do we have to clean up after our picnic?
No, cleaning is included.
What happens if I’m running late?
There is a $25 fee incurred for late arrivals after 30 mins.
Is alcohol allowed?
We do not serve alcohol.
What if something is damaged?
We understand accidents happen, if the damaged item(s) are not salvageable, the cost to replace the item(s) will be deducted from the refundable security deposit. You will receive a receipt for the replacement of the item.
